We had the pleasure of enjoying a generous portion of delicious raspberries with our steel cut oatmeal. To boost up the protein and to make this a rich, sustaining breakfast we added in some walnuts, hemp seed, and ground flax seed.
We frequently enjoy a breakfast of steel cut oats. When I cook up a batch I'm always sure to make extra portions so that I can chill the leftovers and serve them up another day.
